Small group training combines the expertise and proper guidance of a personal trainer with the motivation and support of a group setting. AAC is proud to provide several different group training options. From popular new fitness crazes like TRX, boxing, and group boot camps. AAC has a group training program that will work for you. Annapolis Athletic Club offers more than 80 group exercise classes every week. Group fitness classes are an excellent way to keep variety in your workout, stay motivated, make friends, and most importantly to have fun. We also offer private group fitness classes for you and your friends to celebrate any of life’s big moments (birthdays, weddings, corporate wellness, and more). Options include various group exercise formats such as Barre, yoga, cycle, etc., and you can make the event your own with custom music playlists, custom tank tops, T-shirts, and koozies. Traditional workouts are weight-bearing and tend to build short, bulky muscles – the type most prone to injury. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility, making you less likely to be injured! In our Pilates Reformer classes at AAC, our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises to promote length, karen@annapolisathleticclub.com, flexibility, and balance.
